Our Distiller’s Series celebrates Utah’s delicious contributions to the craft spirits movement. Tucked on the west edge of Salt Lake City’s Sugar House neighborhood, Sugar House Distillery received federal approval for spirits distilling in September 2013, and Utah approval in January 2014. The distillery’s initial 2014 vodka release was followed later that year with a 100% malted barley whisky. In 2015, Sugar House distilling added both a silver and gold rum to the product line, with more exciting spirits currently in production. The lineup today is jaw-dropping, both in flavor and diversity.

We will sample our way through a variety of SHD’s finest expressions and pair them with the most delicious cheeses from our cave and cases, craft chocolate, and even a few charcuterie selections.
