Join us for an in-depth tasting session of the whiskeys native to Scotland. We’ll dive into the meticulous craft of Scotland’s famed distillate and the student will leave with in-depth knowledge of the history, regions, and production of these incredible spirits. Grain handling, mashing, ferment, distillation and maturation will all be explored.
Meet your instructor: Matt Pfohl is an award-winning cocktail and spirits professional with over a decade of experience, a founder of SLC’s James Beard award nominated Water Witch bar, and the director and founder of One Small Miracle.
