People have looked to the moon and stars for millennia for farming guidance. Even the ancient romans knew that the moon affected the tides and influenced our behavior in unknown ways. (See also werewolf movies 🙂 Biodynamic farming formalized this ancient approach and wine farmers around the world adopted this quickly as a way to replenish the tired poisoned soils left behind by factory farms. We all know better farming makes better wine, but does the moon really play a part in how we appreciate wine? Why does wine taste better on some days than others?
