Akesson’s 2000ha Bejofo Estate is located in the Sambirano valley in Madagascar. Since 1920, the farm has produced world famous cacao, various pieces and exceptional peppercorns.
Green Pepper is made from berries which have been picked before full maturation. The grains are first dried under a vacuum before being graded, where only the biggest are selected. Green pepper is milder than other peppercorns and a perfect match for delicate meat or fish preparations.
