Our blend of bitter Venezuelan and slightly acidic Mexican cocoa beans takes on the exotic flower notes rounded by orange blossom. This limited edition bar created for the Chelsea Flower Show Gala transports you with each melting bite to a sultry walk in an exotic garden. We meticulously select our raw ingredients for their flavour and wholesomeness: fermented ground criollo and trinitario beans from specific regions, pure cocoa butter, raw cane sugar, and natural distillates of exotic flowers from Grasse. We mix, conche and refine each batch with love and devotion.
