Spicy, garlicky, and fruity, Barnacle’s barley wine barrel aged hot sauce takes their signature bullwhip sauce and makes it even more delicious.

Aged for over a year in one in a wooden barley wine cask, the sauce emerges subtly sweeter, noticeably darker in color and deeper in flavor than its original counterpart. It’s great on huevos rancheros and breakfast burritos, but no matter how you enjoy it, we think shines brightest when taste-tested next to its non-aged sibling.
