Released in the latter part of 2017, Winter Spiced Bitters are the first new release following their move into the House of Botanicals and are a reintroduction of their seasonal range of products. Replacing their earlier Christmas Bitters offering, these have been created due to the large volume of requests for Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s to bring back a festive offering suited to the style of beverage typically consumed in climates where the nights are longer and the weather colder.
What will be an annual limited edition bottling, Winter Spiced Bitters bring to life the flavours, aromas and botanicals commonly associated with the harsh winter season. Dried fruits, warm citrus, baking spices, fire, and wood smoke were all central to their desired flavour profile and they truly believe they have captured that with a bitters unlike any other, with its unique aromas, tastes and flavours.
