This gorgeous white chocolate won the silver medal in the U.S.A. division of the 2013 International Chocolate Awards. Using evaporated cane juice and whole vanilla beans as sweeteners, Fruition’s white chocolate manages to achieve a silky caramel sweetness similar to Dulce de Leche.
