Dark chocolate; part of Forager collection. The beer used was brewed in a brewery that dates back to 1784, by the master brewer himself! It was then aged in Bourbon oak barrels. After patiently waiting two year, Domantas freeze dried the beer and added it during conching. Notes of malt, caramel, coffee, and booze but without being overpowering whatsoever.
