Chuao is named after a village in Venezuela, known for its extraordinary cocoa. A unique terroir, a long-standing savoir-faire and a traditional drying process have made this Trinitario cocoa the most sought-after in the world and the best. This chocolate is balanced between bitterness and acidity, woody and full-bodied.
Ingredients: Cocoa from Chuao Venezuela (75% minimum, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin).
Produced in a workshop that uses nuts, eggs, cereals (gluten) and milk.
