Rose otto oil extracted from hundreds of Damask Roses, is added to silky milk chocolate for a bar with a long-lasting and intensely floral aroma.
The oil used to flavor this bar is extracted gently through steam distillation, producing a delicately sweet, but persistent rose flavor.
