Amarena cherries are one of the products Toschi is most famous for. Today, just as sixty years ago, only the very best black Amarena cherries are carefully selected stoned and sweetened as a garnish for desserts, cakes and ‘semifreddi’ (ice-cream cakes) and to embellish ice-cream.
Once the cherries are finished, it is possible to use the syrup for thirst-quenching long drinks, ice lollies, water-ices and milkshakes.
