Francis’ wealth of wine knowledge is vast and his classes are more intoxicating than the wines we’ve come to know and love from his personal selection. Join us for an evening that is all about wine and our finest pairings from the cases of Caputo’s. We’ll enjoy Roses of all hues and processes, learn how each is special and unique, and how to select some of the most food friendly wines around.
