Tony Caputo Foundation

Tony at his 2015 retirement party

The Tony Caputo Foundation was established in March of 2021 to perform charitable work in the beloved memory of Tony Caputo, who espoused a multitude of humanitarian and environmental causes.

The Foundation will support existing charitable organizations in which Tony Caputo strongly believed, focusing on social justice, improving the economics of people in need, fighting climate change, and similar environmental initiatives.

In addition, in light of Tony Caputo’s heritage and professional background, the Foundation intends to fund annual scholarships designated for individuals seeking to advance preservation of the culinary arts.

Celebration of Tony Caputo

Join us for a Celebration of Life gathering, a fundraising evening devoted to celebrating the life and legacy of Tony Caputo. All proceeds will be shared equally between two pivotal, local organizations that Tony held dear, the Fourth Street Clinic and the Crossroads Urban Center.

FOURTH STREET CLINIC: helps homeless Utahns improve their health and quality of life by providing high-quality health care and support services.
CROSSROADS URBAN CENTER: assists and organizes Utahns with low incomes, those with disabilities, and people of color to meet basic survival needs and to address essential issues affecting quality of life.
