I.T. SPECIALIST
- Provide I.T. (ethernet, wifi, VOIP phones, PC, tablets, peripherals, POS networks) support, documentation, & troubleshooting for multiple business locations
- Ensure & coordinate PCI compliance & security standards across POS, web, and ERP systems
- Support technology projects such as upgrades, rollouts, or location expansions
- Document I.T. procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations
- Assist other departments with ancillary needs & tasks as necessary
- Skills & experience: 2+ years relevant experience, relevant knowledge (network infrastructure, firewalls, Wi-Fi administration, PCI compliance, secure payment processing systems, POS network administration, ERP system connectivity, VOIP systems, access control solutions), strong troubleshooting & organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and provide excellent customer service to end users, work well in a team environment, high attention to detail, strong written & verbal communication skills, take direction well while being able to self-direct
