For the last twelve years, chocolate experts and lovers alike have rallied around the protection and promotion of heirloom varietals, those who help them grow, and the makers that lovingly morph them into craft chocolate bars. As our thirteenth annual Chocolate Festival approaches, we are full of gratitude and excitement for the continued future of our most beloved cacao.
13th Annual Caputo’s Chocolate Festival
featuring Mirzam Chocolate Makers from Dubai, UAE!
Journey with us through the rich tasting heritage of the maritime Spice Route.
Hundreds of years ago, merchants sailed along the Spice Route to gather and trade rare and beautiful flavors not yet found elsewhere in the world. Today, Mirzam captures the diversity of these flavors with their single origin cacao, thoughtfully unique inclusions, and artful candy delicacies. We are filled with appreciation and anticipation to see what Salt Lake City’s finest chefs and mixologists will create with them. As always, 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Initiative.
The culinary lineup will include creations by talented chefs from:
Mar Muntanya
Handle
Urban Hill
Stein Eriksen Lodge
Caputo’s
accompanied by cocktails, wine, and coffee from:

All proceeds from the Chocolate Festival are donated to the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Initiative.
