You will taste your way through Southern European and New World creations made according to age-old techniques by true Italian artisans. Learn about Caputo’s Cheese Caves and what it means for the health of your cheese or how Italy has had an international voice in the craft chocolate and confection spheres. Get tips on how to best shop for and store your cheeses once you get them home and, of course, how to enjoy them.
