Learn what makes one olive oil different from another and what distinguishes extra-virgin from virgin, pure, olive oil, pomace, and others. And, considering the lack of regulations in the U.S., we will teach you what you need to look for! Similarly, we will dispel the myths surrounding “balsamic” vinegar, a category that is almost entirely misunderstood in the United States. This class is only offered twice a year, at most, so be sure not to miss out!
