Join Mikey Edwards for a night of delicious libations, food pairings from Caputo’s, and a tropical education. Over the last decade Mikey has been managing tiki bars around the world. This class will focus on the benefits of blending rum from various locations for flavor, depth, and complexity. Join us for a deep dive into the flavors of both classic and new era tropical cocktails.
