Join us on a tasting journey through Mexico’s famed agave spirits. Explore the rustic flavors of Tequila and Mezcal and the artisans that make them. You will leave this class with intimate knowledge of the cultural importance, history and production techniques of Mexican spirits.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR Matt Pfohl is an award-winning cocktail and spirits professional with over a decade of experience, a founder of SLC’s James Beard award nominated Water Witch bar, and the director and founder of One Small Miracle.
