Description
Made by Ecuadorian native Arturo Chiriboga at the foot of the Bavarian Alps, this blue cheese is reminiscent of cream cheese with tangy blue veins.
Although originally modeled to rival the bold and peppery French Roquefort, Chiriboga could not be further from it. Created out of love for both Roquefort and Bavarian blue, it is ready to be sold at barely a month old. Share this creamy and decadent cheese with those who generally protest against a moldy, intense blue.
