From Bourbon to blended whiskey to the many newer craft products hitting the market, learn the production techniques, flavor profiles and unique history of our national drink. Our very own Caputo’s mongers will be on hand to pair each whiskey with delectable foods from our award winning Market.

Meet your instructor: Matt Pfohl is an award-winning cocktail and spirits professional with over a decade of experience, a founder of SLC’s James Beard award nominated Water Witch bar, and the director and founder of One Small Miracle.
