It’s made with Alaskan bull kelp, tomatillo, serrano, agave for sweetness, and a generous dose of garlic, which makes it a perfect pairing for grilled chicken or even atop a salmon burger. We also love it on pan-sauteed mahi mahi tacos with pickled red onions.
