If you’ve had drip coffee at Blue Copper’s shop then you’ve tried their house blend. They have it year round – though the coffees in the blend are constantly rotating as new harvests occur and older lots go out of season. Typically the blend has two coffees of central/south american origin. Regardless of what components they use, they profile this coffee to be sweet and crowd pleasing & to dial in easy on a variety of brew methods. Don’t let the word blend fool you, they don’t cut any corners or use worse coffee for our house, it’s more just an affordable option which has a high level of consistency throughout the seasons.
