Fennel Seeds come from Evia, an island with a long tradition of cultivating this sweet, beautifully balanced variety. They have a sweet, surprisingly intense aromatic taste without the typical fennel bitterness. Our supplier, a second-generation fennel farmer, tends his family-owned fields in person, and ensures we receive the finest part of the harvest every year. He’s the reason for our love for good fennel!
