Banoffee Pie is a heavenly combination of aromatic banana, rich toffee, fluffy whipped cream and crumbly pie crust. We like our slice paired with a cup of toasty coffee for a wonderful afternoon snack.
This rendition of the classic British dessert is made with a base of Ugandan cacao from Semuliki Forest, prepared with caramelised milk and fruity Ethiopian coffee. Fully ripened freeze-dried banana and house-made buttery pie crumble are then folded in to complete this dish-in-a-bar.
