A few years ago Dahlia and Bryan visited the Zorzal Eco Reserve in the Dominican Republic, the world’s first certified Bird Friendly cacao farm. Designated “forever wild,” it will continue to be an important stop for migratory birds. They were inspired to make this bird seed bar. It is among the first to go to market with the seal from the Smithsonian Institute for “Bird Friendly Cocoa.”
