It’s been three years since Goodnow has been able to make this very seasonal bar It’s crafted using Macoun apples, grown right on Goodnow’s farm. A LOT of apples are needed and this fall they had a bumper crop, so this fan favorite is back in stock… while they last.
In addition to apples, the cacao nibs are soaked in freshly pressed apple cider from Honey Pot Hill. Their super-secret custom blend of apples makes for a sweet, tart, deep and rich cider. They then add single origin Cinnamon Verum sourced directly from Zanzibar, Tanzania by Goodnow’s friends at Burlap and Barrel The tartness of our Macoun apples combines with the sweetness of the apple cider and the sharpness of the cinnamon to create truly unique flavors.
As with all Goodnow’s bars these are made with cocoa butter we freshly press from the same single origin beans used to make the chocolate.
