Inspired by Asian Fusion cuisine, they take crunchy, toasted edamame and merge it with a creamy high percentage cacao (47%) milk chocolate and fine sea salt. The result is a perfect balance of sweet and savory tasting notes with a nutty texture. The cacao origin is Rupa-Rupa, Upper Amazon region of Peru. The beans are fermented 7 days, dried 7 days with a medium roast.
