The strawberry guava, also known as the Cattley or cherry guava, is well known in Hawai‘i. When hiking in the mountains, it’s one of the most common wild fruits you come across. This small, red fruit has a sweet aromatic flavor with notes of strawberry and passion fruit. By combining strawberry, guava and Hawaiian sea salt, this bar recreates the particular mountain fruit in the form of creamy vegan white chocolate.
