A reinterpretation of dark milk chocolate, this probiotic bar fuses freeze-dried Kefir with a blend of specialty cacao for layers of effervescent, flowery, sour notes.

Kefir is a fermented milk that is very important in Lithuania's culinary traditions. The kefir type Naive uses contains a symbiosis of 10 lactobacterias and few strains of yeast. Much more potent than other fermented milk products, they starts with organic Lithuanian Kefir, which is further fermented in-house, freeze-dried, and fused with cacao in the chocolate making process. The process is carried out at low temperatures in order to preserve the bacteria and unique flavors, and also allowing for further flavor development with time.
