Description
These unique olives are made from the Taggiasca cultivar and are hand selected, harvested and processed on the same day. The olives are washed for a month with just water and then continue to ferment in brine, along with thyme and bay leaves. Once these olives are mature, they are pitted individually by hand and dried, resulting in a crunchy, crispy, and utterly unique product you won’t be able to get enough of. Though they are delicious enough on their own, they make an incredible garnish for pasta, seafood, and meat dishes, as well as a flavoring for many other savory foods. We especially like them ground up with breadcrumbs and tossed with pasta.
