Made from cacao grown in chocolate-maker Elfi’s home region, this bar provides evocative notes of ripe figs and dark berries whose name means “”morning star.””
With their close familial ties to Pangoa, Elfi and Maxime have formed exceptional friendships alike. Since 2000, the Pangoa cooperative’s goal has been to ascertain the well being of its members with a mission to promote sustainable development in cultivating both cacao and coffee.
