This tin enhances the dependable deliciousness of Ramón Peña’s premium Gold Line sardines with the addition of a fried, green padrón pepper.

Harvested in the waters outside Galicia and hand-selected for quality, freshness, and uniformity, these silver swimmers are the embodiment of over 100 years of practice. The addition of the soft, nearly melted pepper, adds a subtle bitterness to the tin, which begs to be brightened by your favorite acidic ingredient. Slice the pepper and pile it atop sardine pintxos with pickled shallot or dousing of red wine vinegar.
