From the creator of this bar: "It's a more elegant take on a childhood holiday classic of mine. The break open chocolate oranges were a thing that as a child, we always got in a stocking on Christmas morning. Being able to bring that into a bar, with some more tweaks to the flavor, and balancing the tartness of the cranberries, with the bitterness of the chocolate, the bright sweetness of the both the orange flavoring and the chewiness of the orange pieces, has created a fantastic nostalgic holiday bar."
