A mixture of 50% milk chocolate and hazelnut praline. You have to prepare the hot chocolate by putting the ground chocolate in a cup, this is 30g of chocolate for one serving, and then pouring a little hot water or milk over it. Pour just enough to mix the chocolate and liquid into a nice, thick mass! Once you have that, you can then dilute it to whatever you want.
