Standout Chocolate sources the organic cacao for this bar from the Öko Caribe cooperative in the Dominican Republic. Founder Fredrik Martinsson processes the ingredients in Kållered, Sweden, utilizing low-temperature roasting and stone grinding. Wild-foraged porcini mushrooms are dehydrated and milled directly into the chocolate during the refining stage. Production utilizes organic cane sugar, an FSC-certified outer box, and a compostable biofilm wrapper.
