The Pearfict Minini (mini panini)

INGREDIENTS
- Baguette
- Robiola Bosina
- Arugula
- Pear Mostarda
- Gran Biscotto Ham
- Butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat your panini press, or cast iron pan if you don’t love sandwiches quite as much as us
- Slice the baguette on the diagonal to create thick, pressable slices
- Slather pear mostarda on one inside and top with arugula and gran biscotto
- Press wedge of Robiola Bosina into opposite side and press your sandwich together
- Butter both outsides your sandwich and gently press into a panini
- Allow cheese to melt and bubble, and bread to slightly crisp before removing
- Serve alongside good cheer!
