The Pearfict Minini (mini panini)

INGREDIENTS

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat your panini press, or cast iron pan if you don’t love sandwiches quite as much as us
  2. Slice the baguette on the diagonal to create thick, pressable slices
  3. Slather pear mostarda on one inside and top with arugula and gran biscotto
  4. Press wedge of Robiola Bosina into opposite side and press your sandwich together
  5. Butter both outsides your sandwich and gently press into a panini
  6. Allow cheese to melt and bubble, and bread to slightly crisp before removing
  7. Serve alongside good cheer!
