Naïve relies on Lithuania’s old fashioned agriculture and harvests wild ingredients from some of the world’s most pristine forests to create distinctly Eastern European chocolate. Inclusions like ambrosia, kefir, tahini, and porcini mushrooms are paired carefully with various cacao origins, then the ingredients are freeze-dried and ground with the cacao, resulting in bars with silky smooth textures that carry distinct aromas.
Naïve’s founder and chocolate maker Domantas Uzpalis is a creative soul who is constantly reinventing the entire line. Word on the street is he will soon release nanolot cacao bars as well.
The Naïve family of bars are issued in three collections:
FORAGER: madly experimental and multilayered ‘patented’ flavors using locally sourced and intense ingredients extending the complex flavor composition of cacao.
EQUATOR: compatible ingredients from a single equatorial ecosystem’s minerals, water, and soil are inherently, brightly delicious together and symbiotically blended into house-made tropical chocolate.
NANO_LOT: building on years of beautiful relationships around the globe to incorporate the most exclusive and limited cacaos of the world from very small farms that use tailored post-harvesting methods or isolated genetics, this collection invites chocolate lovers on an educational taste adventure.
