It’s brewed into a powerful, fragrant mead, which then goes through a slow, natural process transforming into Artisan Honey Vinegar. It is then sweetened with a spoonful of pure honey, and barrel-matured until smooth and aromatic.
Made from their own Cornish wildflower honey – and nothing else except lots and lots of time.
