Aged for over a year in one of Almalga Distillery’s single-malt bourbon barrels, the sauce emerges noticeably darker in color and deeper in flavor than its fresh counterpart. It’s great on breakfast quesadillas and conservas tostadas and no matter how you enjoy it, we think shines brightest when taste-tested next to its non-aged sibling.
