The white Criollo beans are cultivated at La Joya plantation in Tabasco, Mexico.The cacao is lightly roasted, making for a lightly fruity, pleasant dark chocolate experience. This bar was Cacao Sampaka's first bar and part of their Cocoa's of Legend line.
