CPP designation highlights select products made with traditional craft to support biodiversity & stewardship
Espinaler’s premium small sardine tails, which come 20-25 per tin and bathed in golden olive oil, are as lovely as it gets.

Harvested from the cold, nutrient-rich waters off the Iberian peninsula, these silver swimmers are hand-processed and packed during peak freshness for maximum flavor.

Firm, flaky, and perfectly cooked, they shine straight from the tin and require no dressing up of any kind. That said, if you feel like amplifying their natural beauty even more we recommend pairing them with a dash of Espinaler sauce or grilling some crusty sourdough in their tin oil, topping it with a tail or two and a thin slice of creamy cheddar.

TASTING: firm, buttery, fragrant, umami

PAIRING: grüner, vermouth, white port

INGREDIENTS: Sardines, Olive Oil, Salt

CAUGHT IN: Iberian Peninsula
