Grown in cold inlets called fjords, most are shipped fresh overseas, but Fangst decided to keep them local and marry them with, golden, buttery smooth rapeseed oil. We love them on salt & vinegar chips or tossing them with orzo, lemon juice, and your favorite garden herbs for a simple, decadent pasta salad.
