Limited Release

Limited Release bars are Goodnow Farm’s way of sharing the incredible fine flavor cacao they receive from farmers all over the world. Although they aren’t able to visit these farms personally they’re so impressed with the quality and incredible flavors they just had to turn the beans into chocolate. As with all their bars these are made with cocoa butter they freshly press from the same beans we use to make the bars. We make only one batch of each of origin, so they’re only available for a limited time.

About this bar

This is a truly unique bar. We craft it using our own, freshly pressed cocoa butter, which retains all the robust flavors of our single origin cacao. We then add cacao fruit pulp we source directly from from Cocoa Supply, a family owned business based in Ecuador. They work directly with their farmers and producers, and pay prices above Fair Trade minimums. The addition of the cacao fruit gives this bar distinct tropical flavor notes. This is a medley of cacao flavor you’ll truly find nowhere else!
