Craft & Origin
Marou sources single-origin cacao directly from smallholder partner farms across Vietnam, processing every batch from bean to bar in Ho Chi Minh City. For this limited edition Hoi An release, roasted peanuts are caramelized and combined with traditional regional spices including cinnamon and star anise. The formulation pays homage to Hoi An’s historic role as a central Vietnamese maritime trading post.
