Kassekrainer, the delicacy of sausage, is found in every town and city in Austria. A traditional street food, these plump pork sausages are studded with Emmenthaler cheese and smoked over apple wood. Once warmed through and lightly crisped, each slice yields a gooey, cheesy interior.
