Fruit forward Madagascan cacao shines with jammy fruit notes in this dark chocolate. A slightly lower cacao percentage offers balanced sweetness and bright acidity.
The beans for this bar come from Bertil Akesson’s plantation in the Sambirano Valley in Madagascar. His certified organic cacao is used by craft chocolate makers worldwide and was one of the first beans Omnom experimented with.
