When fresh, Humble leads with soft nutty notes under a bright and mild paste. The edible, golden-hued rind holds flavor in its craveable, chalky texture. As it ages, this wheel ripens into a vegetal funkmaster, flaunting its washed rind loud and proud.
MILK: unpasteurized cow’s milk
